Copalli Organic Barrel Rested Rum

To craft our Organic Barrel Rested Rum we distill the sugar cane juice in our column and pot stills. The distilled sugar cane juice is then rested in used American Oak bourbon barrels to create a rich, sweet rum, free of added flavors, colors or additives.

Perfect served neat, on the rocks, and in cocktails.
