We use only three ingredients to craft Copalli Barrel Rested Rum: Fresh pressed juice from locally grown, organic sugar cane, plus yeast and rainwater. Our Copal Tree Distillery is designed to be zero waste, and we proudly craft a rum free of added flavors, colors, or additives. The sugar cane juice is distilled in our column and pot stills, and the rum is then rested in used American Oak bourbon barrels which mature in the unique rainforest climate, to create a rich, sweet rum that tastes delicious served neat, on the rocks, and in cocktails.
